To carry out the exchange or return of your order is super easy... Our returns are made by the Kangu platform, so follow the instructions for Reverse Logistics, here we go:

  1. Contact [email protected] and explain to us the reason for the exchange (or return), the product you purchased and for which you would like to exchange (insert the subject "TROCA - nº do pedido");
  2. Pack your order as it came to you;
  3. After that, wait and we will send you an e-mail with instructions and the label for carrying out the reverse logistics;
  4. ATTENTION: The product must be posted within 5 days after receiving the instructions and label;
  5. Take it to the Kangu spot we've chosen for you and just relax.

In case of return: you can get your money back or keep "credit" for your next purchase :) 
For either exchange or money refund, you have up to 7 days to make the request, after receiving the product.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be labeled and in good condition.
